You need something for an office party?
Try the Great Gondola Balloon Race.

Give everyone a gondola and have a contest for the quality award or the boss's birthday; the sales tip of the month or something else you want to emphasize with a slogan or color.

The gondola fabrication and decoration could be something you assign to do before the party so no one sees anyone elses.

Participation wil be better if everyone has their own balloon and gondola. There are always those who dont want to be this "silly" but they will get involved if they see everyone else doing it, and THEY HAVE THEIR OWN BALLOON.
