SCIENCE EDUCATION GAME WITH HELIUM BALLOONS Science Education with a fun educational game.
USING THIS FUN SCIENCE GAME IN SCIENCE EDUCATION: NOTE: Both Latex and Mylar balloons work well. Mylar and can be procured as part of our package. They can be used repeatedly by different science classes because they hold their lift power for several days. They can be deflated and used at a later date. They can be sent home with students to share with family members. Latex balloons may be more practical for large groups because they are very inexpensive. They maintain lift power for 3 to 5 hours, depending on how much they are inflated. FOR EXAMPLE... A GRADE SCHOOL CLASS could use this science game on the day before vacation. It keeps the children's attention with a learning activity and gives them something they can take home. A MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE TEACHER could use balloons and gondolas in all of his/her classes in a given day or week. THE SCIENCE CLUB could decorate the gondolas and prepare the balloons the day/week before and have a race as a club activity. Club members would get to take the balloons home, or they could be used in a subsequent semester. AN ART CLUB would have a great time decorating the gondolas. A UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR would probably only have time to use the balloon and gondola for a effective demonstration, but it would be a great educational moment to teach something students would remember. A UNIVERSITY SCIENCE CLUB OR CONVENTION could use the game as a "mixing activity" to begin the year or convention. It would be excellent to help members get to know each other better in a fun and scientific way.
