TODDLER GAME WITH HELIUM BALLOONS AND GONDOLA
Toddlers love the gondola and balloons.
They throw them into the air they come back down.
When weighted right the gondola can be put on a string and follows the child like a cooperative kitten.
Some children can wave their hands and have the balloon follow them without the string.
