Step 1 - Decorate and Assemble Your Great Gondola

DECORATE FIRST
Most parties are more fun if you decorate the gondola. It can be done however you want, with prizes for the best decor. It is also fun to have everyone decorate for a certain theme, such as your school mascot, a convention's purpose, or a birthday party person.

THEN ASSEMBLE
The GREAT GONDOLA comes on a flat sheet, perforated along the edges, so the extra paper comes off easily. FOLD LINES are scored so they fold naturally.

Children as young as 8 years old are able to do this. Younger ones need help. Be careful not to tear the tabs.

Have participants separate the handles and the ballasts at the same time. Don't throw away the extra paper, as they may need it for ballast.

The GREAT GONDOLA fits together without tape, scissors, or glue, but keeping some tape handy will remedy any little tears and save some tears.
