YOU CAN MOVE THE BALLOON BY BLOWING ON IT, but we'll teach you a better way.

It's called Bernoulli's Principle. It states that an increase in velocity of a liquid or gas causes a decrease in it's pressure.

In the instructions we show how to move the balloons by waving your hands in front of them.

Some people wave one hand in front of the balloon, some wave both hands in a crossing pattern or alternately. Others have had success waving both hands parallel on either side of the balloon. It usually helps to break your wrists instead of keeping the whole hand and arm stiff. Which ever method is used, they all work. Pretty soon your balloon will follow you around. Sometimes it goes so fast you have to jump out of the way.

When you wave your hand in front of the balloon it moves into the lower pressure caused by waving. Everyone has a great time figuring it out. Kids love it.
